Arm Holdings CEO says US would have difficulty banning AI CPU chip exports to China

Arm Holdings CEO Rene Haas said on ‌Tuesday ⁠that ⁠it would ​be difficult to block the export ​of CPUs to China that ​are ⁠useful for ‌AI ​because of ​their widespread ⁠use and as it would ​be difficult to ​only block AI CPUs.
