This robot barista is trying to turn championship coffee into a scalable business

Artly’s robotic barista system, Jarvis, is already serving coffee in Portland while using computer vision and motion capture technology trained on champion barista Joe Yang. The company believes automation can preserve craftsmanship rather than replace it.
