India, LinkedIn's second-largest and fastest-growing market with more than 186 million members, is also seeing a sharp rise in its share of US companies’ overseas R&D hiring as well as in the number of entrepreneurs. CEO Dan Shapero too had initially set out to be an entrepreneur, starting his first company at 19. But joining LinkedIn in 2008 reshaped his career trajectory.
