Germany's Agile Robots acquires majority stake in Bengaluru's XNG Automation to expand India footprint

The acquisition comes months after Munich-based Agile Robots announced a strategic research partnership with Google DeepMind to integrate the latter's Gemini Robotics foundation models into its industrial robots.
