Good news, OpenClaw fans — you can once again use your Claude AI subscription to power the hit, open source, autonomous AI agentic harness! But, there's a big catch with how it's being enacted. A few hours ago, Anthropic announced via its official developer communications account on X, @ClaudeDevs , that it is changing its Claude paid subscription tiers, introducing a new subcategory of "Agent SDK" credits for all paid subscribers, which they can now allocate specifically for "programmatic" uses, including external, third-party agents such as OpenClaw. The move is a major reversal from the Anthropic's policy introduced in early April 2026 that expressly prohibited its AI subscriptions from being used to power these kind of non-Anthropic agents and harnesses, after Anthropic said they caused capacity and service issues. The problem was that some Claude subscribers were paying $20 to $200 per month under Anthropic's Claude Pro and Max subscriptions, but consuming hundreds, even thousands

Police in the Swiss canton of Bern have identified 30 people with so-called 'super recogniser' skills for a pilot project in the summer. +Get the most important news from Switzerland in your inbox Police used comprehensive tests to look for people with super-recognising abilities within their ranks. Such people have an above-average ability to recognise and memorise faces. They had been informed and detailed planning of the project had begun. - The real battle in humanoid robotics is about data, not hardware
The decisive competitive frontier in humanoid robotics lies not in mechanical engineering or even artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms, but in access to vast, diverse operational datasets that enable robots to function reliably in complex real-world environments. For the better part of two decades, the direction of travel in enterprise technology has been clear: everything moves to the cloud . The rationale was simple; the cloud was cheaper, scalable and easier to manage. But, as artificial intelligence (AI) enters the enterprise mainstream, that long-standing assumption is starting to bend. In certain areas, particularly where sensitive data is involved, companies are reconsidering how and where AI operates. Increasingly, they are exploring AI inside the firewall, running AI capabilities within their own on-premises controlled environments rather than relying entirely on cloud-based platforms. We are seeing this shift clearly through the lens of human capital management (HCM) data . Across our platforms, more than two million employees interact with workforce systems every day through time clocks, biometric verification and workforce management tools. That vantage point offers a clear view into how organisations think about employee data, and

When SpaceX filed an FCC application earlier this year proposing to launch a million satellite data centers into orbit, the company argued the project would have no meaningful environmental impact. On SpaceX’s website, Elon Musk made the case for space-based AI infrastructure in simpler terms: “It’s always sunny in space,” he wrote, arguing that orbital data centers are “obviously the only way to scale.” When SpaceX filed an FCC application earlier this year to launch a million satellite data centers into space , the company said that the plan wouldn’t have any environmental impact. But researchers say the climate calculus is far more complicated than that. Yes, orbital data centers could theoretically run around the clock on solar power. But the tradeoffs extend far beyond electricity consumption. “The social and environmental consequences are far greater than what we’re currently looking at with Earth-based alternatives,” says Peter Howson, a researcher at Northumbria University who

- How CIOs use AI agents to accelerate revenue growth
A wave of AI agents has recently emerged for sales and revenue teams, including Highspot’s Deal Agent, an agent to accelerate pipeline generation and conversion, and Qualified’s Piper for Demandbase, an AI sales development representative (SDR) agent. Further analysis in a Workato-sponsored 2025 survey by Harvard Business Review paints a similar picture, where 86% of 600 technology decision-makers plan to increase investment in agentic AI over the next two years, with a growing proportion to empower sales. “Sellers are preparing faster, showing up with sharper points of view, being more strategic, and spending more meaningful time with customers,” says Kellie Romack, CDIO at ServiceNow. “We’ve already seen amazing early results with sellers cutting pr

- It’s Time the Enterprise Finally Admits: AI Isn’t Failing — The Data Is
The cloud era optimized what was provisioned. The AI era must optimize what is generated. Every few years, the enterprise hits a moment where the story changes. Not because a new technology arrives, but because the old excuses stop working. This is that moment. Across industries, leaders are waking up to a truth they’ve been avoiding for a decade: AI isn’t stalling because the models are weak — it’s stalling because the data is dirty. And the numbers are no longer polite about it. The Data Hygiene Reckoning The research is blunt. Gartner now predicts that through 2026, organizations will abandon 60% of AI projects that are not supported by AI‑ready data . In the same research, 63% of organizations say they either do not have, or are unsure if they have, the right data management practices for AI. Data engineering teams are burning 70-80% of their capacity just keeping pipelines alive — not innovating, not mining, not advancing the business. 61% of companies admit their data isn’t prepa

Tests of how well 19 large language models (LLMs) complete and perform complicated multi-step tasks has shown that they are both error-prone and, in many cases, unreliable. The findings are contained in a preprint paper, LLMs Corrupt Your Documents When You Delegate , written by Microsoft researchers Philippe Laban , Tobias Schnabel and Jennifer Neville based on a benchmark they created called DELEGATE-52 that allowed them to simulate workflows that might be part of a knowledge worker’s tasks. The paper is currently under review. They said that the benchmark contains 310 work environments across 52 professional domains including coding, crystallography, genealogy and music sheet notation. Each environment consists of real documents totaling around 15K tokens in length, and five to 10 complex editing tasks that a user might ask an LLM to perform. And, they stated in the paper’s abstract: “Our analysis shows that current LLMs are unreliable delegates: they introduce sparse but severe err
